The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC), established in 1923, serves as the constitutional body responsible for recruiting personnel into various public service roles within the state of Tamil Nadu. It conducts competitive examinations for positions such as Group I, Group II, Group IV, and VAO (Village Administrative Officer), with a selection process that includes both written exams and oral interviews.
