Airline Catering & Catering Science

Established in 1995, the Department of Catering Science and Hotel Management has been a cornerstone of hospitality education. In response to the growing demand for specialized skills in the aviation sector, the department introduced Airline Catering and Hospitality Management in 2016, broadening its academic horizon.

The department is comprehensively equipped to provide students with hands-on experience across all core areas of the hospitality industry. Key areas of training include:

  • Bakery and Confectionery
  • Food and Beverage Service
  • Bar Tending
  • Front Office Operations
  • Housekeeping Management

  • Basic Training Kitchen
  • Quantity Training Kitchen
  • Bakery Unit
  • Front Office Lab
  • Training Restaurant
  • Housekeeping Lab

These labs offer real-time industry simulation to prepare students for immediate employment in leading hotels, airlines, cruise liners, and catering services.
